Paddy Plantation Program – Experiential Learning in Agriculture
On 15th Ashar, Balmiki School organized a special agricultural learning activity as part of its Extra-Curricular Activities (ECA) program. On this day, students actively participated in paddy plantation within the school premises.
The main objective of this program was to help students gain practical knowledge of Nepali agriculture and understand the cultural and traditional importance of rice farming in Nepal. Through hands-on experience, students learned about the process of paddy cultivation, teamwork, and the value of hard work.
This activity not only enhanced students’ awareness of agriculture but also connected them with Nepal’s rich farming heritage, making learning more meaningful and enjoyable.
